G loves his daughter. Only refers to her as Bao Bae (chinese for "precious").
"How's Bao Bae?", "What's Bao Bae doing?", "Bao Bae and I are..."

This is the "Whatchu lookin' at Ma" shot. "Me and dad are hangin' out. C ya later..." Okaaay, but you're gonna want me when you get hungry.

To cry or not to cry

As I was saying, Dillon loves to sing along when I sing so sometimes, when she is crying in the car, I will sing to her. This is a series of shots I took when she was crying, but then stopped to sing along, but then still kind of wanted to cry so she is all confused and I thought her looks were hysterical so I wanted to capture the best I could so Greg could see since he was driving. And, now of course share with you all.

Pics!

Okay, okay more pictures because Dillon's Aunt Ne-ne (Renee) aka Goo-goo (chinese aunt from her father's side) made that "finally..." comment AND because my own mother has an Internet connection from the stone ages (read: dial-up) and can't play any of the videos, I'm posting more pictures. :oD

This one I call "I am the King" Haha! Because, let's be honest she kind of looks like a boy in regal finery, no? Or, just ababy in a blanket? Oh...

Here's Dillon with Dad. We are at Nashville's finest Italian restaurant for lunch. That's right, The Olive Garden.
Some more photos of D in her dress and sun hat because this little model doesn't have any bad angles. :o)

Camera shy

Soooo, Dillon is super cute these days. She loves to smile and talk (believe it or not)! When I sing to her, her face lights up and she tries to sing with me. Right now her favorite words are "aGoo" and "oouuww". Sometimes when she is sad and crying she tries to tell us what's wrong by saying either of those two words. It's very cute.
In this video, I tried to capture Dillon talking, but a) it's very hard to maneuver the camera when it's just me and b) as you watch you will see that while she starts to talk, she then becomes more intrigued with the camera and then becomes camera shy.
This video cracks me up! And, I swear she was happily talking and cooing with me just before I pulled the video camera out.

kickin it on the couch

All I do is take pics of Dillon on my iPhone...here's one. Sorry, it's just a tad blurry, but she's an active girl.

We think she kind of looks like her friend, Aiden Raney in this next shot. That cool little hat is from her Auntie Sarah in NYC.

Hands

Dillon discovered her hands the other day...not sure if she really understands what they are (actually, pretty sure she doesn't) but she does know they're always around when she needs some suck time.
