Great Grandma!

D with her great grandma! D immediately bonded with GGM over their mutual love of all things sweet (chocolate, candy, etc)

Sugar/snack ninja...

Do you see that face? Don't know if you would guess by looking but that girl, she's a sugar ninja. She can smell sugar a mile away...maybe ten miles away.

I recently returned from a trip to Nashville and she immediately goes into my bag...makes a beeline for the pocket that housed my newly bought Mentos. How did she know?? I never carry candy.

Then we are in the car driving and I am fiddling with a little bag in my handbag. She pipes up from the backseat, "mama, what are you opening up there..I want some." Can't remember what it was but I said, "nothing..."

We are sharing a car charger in the car and daddy says to me, "give me some juice." D says from behind us, "juice? I want some juice!!" We had to explain that we were talking about something else entirely and there was no juice.

Today daddy made some reference to cream (as in hand lotion) and D pipes from behind, you guessed it - "I want some cream!!!"

This girl...she is just too much.
