G and I had decided to celebrate Dillon early so had asked our photographer friends, Isabel and Lawrence, (only maybe the best photogs out there. They travel too, by the way!) to take some family photos of us at the LA Arboretum last month while we were out there.They created a beautiful slideshow of that day that they put up on their blog - an awesome coincidental birthday present!
I hope Dillon had as much fun as we did in her first year. Oh wait, of course she did! Since she was happily snoozing while we ran around, jumped up and down, swung her around so she would sleep. And she was peacefully dreaming while we tried to keep our bodies as still as possible for the ensuing next hour or two while she insisted on sleeping on us. And we did this what? Three times a day? Fun times.
Aww, but she certainly IS the best baby and we wouldn't trade it for the world...well, Greg wouldn't anyway. ;o)
